Assumes the position of absentee Business Center personnel. Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance to the policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules. Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction.
Handles account opening of New to bank clients and Existing to Bank clients through proper KYC. Acts as a primary co-custodian to Cash Safe and is tasked to conduct end-of-day verification of cash in vault in accordance with the policies and procedures set by the bank. Manages/attends to customers’ needs by coordinating with the Branch Channel Manager (BCM) and/or concerned unit/s to ensure resolution and meet client satisfaction. Assists walk-in customers by serving and advising them on bank products to meet their needs and have dealings with the Bank. Identifies customer’s needs, maintains and nurture customer relationships through recommending and cross-selling other bank products and services.
Conducts branch level cash management through balancing all cash transactions in the branch. Responsible for administration and efficient operation of Branch System, help clients to open bank account online and or manually. Analyzing, understanding and implementing banking guidelines, regulations and laws to help ensure compliance with the regulations of the central bank of the Republic of the Philippines. Supervising and directing a small team of branch bank tellers to provide quality customer service. Reporting to upper management on important transaction activity.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
