Welcome to my work profile! Everybody calls me Yash! With a background in Airport and Hospitality Industry, I initially worked as a Passenger Service Agent at NAIA International Airport in Manila. Although my dreams of becoming a Flight Attendant didn't materialize, I gained valuable experience as a Front Desk Associate in a three-star hotel. Later, I had the opportunity to work as a Lounge Agent/Receptionist at Muscat International Airport in Oman, where I eventually became the Acting Supervisor, overseeing flight operations and managing a bustling lounge with a customer capacity of over 300. I have always enjoyed working around people and providing excellent service.
As someone who constantly embraces the ever-changing world, I have been working as a General Virtual Assistant for over 2 years. I manage multiple tasks for my clients, such as navigating CRM systems to gather and organize data for reporting and marketing purposes. Additionally, I specialize in managing webinar automations and email reminders, resolving customer tickets related to webinar scheduling, creating engaging social media posts, conducting basic video editing for YouTube postings, transcribing, creating online resources for course platforms, managing webinar schedule postings on websites, updating contact information, managing online booking appointments, creating email campaigns, and developing SOPs. I also assist with eCommerce, including Shopify store updates, drop shipping, product listing on Amazon, and basic bookkeeping on QuickBooks. Through my experience, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and skills.
To stay up-to-date with technological advancements and enhance my skills, I have completed online training courses and attended seminars in areas such as Social Media Management, Property Management, Branding, Copywriting, Bookkeeping, Amazon In-Depth, Drop Shipping on Shopify, and Content Creation.
My goal is to enhance my understanding of various industries, ultimately leading to the creation of my own business. I aim to achieve financial stability and establish a comfortable home. Additionally, I aspire to inspire and support fellow virtual assistants, empowering them to thrive in the dynamic landscape of online work.

As the Admin/System Support, I handle CRM data navigation, webinar automation, customer ticket resolution, social media content creation, video editing, transcription, online resource creation, webinar schedule management, contact information updates, online booking appointments, email campaign creation, and SOP development.
Setting up social media pages on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, while creating content, calendars, and templates for consistent branding. Additionally, I performed basic video editing, assisted with property research for holiday let opportunities in the UK, and helped update their website.
Verifying payments for each order via Google Tool Kit and Shopify; Inputting and editing data into a system
Check-in passengers to the system. Informing and assisting them to the different amenities & facilities of the lounge. Transacting incoming passengers through their airline privileges, corporate cards, and through walk in rates. Assisting passengers with their arrival, transfer and departure flights.
Responsible for the hotel check-in/check-out. Acts as receptionist, concierge and reservations agent simultaneously. I was able to experience being a Grab & Go Host (Food and Beverages), accepting food orders, settling payments, making drinks, serving food and stock inventory
