▪Sales call and saturation – quotations, biddings, presentations, and purchase requests.
▪︎On-site marketing (product presentations).
▪︎Responsible for attending client inquiries in social media portals.
▪︎Monitoring and managing social media advertising and marketing.
▪︎Responsible for event inquiries and bookings.

▪︎Responsible for releasing and overseeing the event contracts and banquet event orders.
▪︎Arrange and manage room, function room, and food accommodation for group bookings, weddings, parties, seminars, meetings, and other types of gatherings.
▪︎Attending guests'/clients' requests and needs before, during, and after their event.
▪︎Arranging and monitoring the needed requirements and requisitions with other departments such as engineering set-up, sound and lighting set-up, catering, room accommodation, and materials needed to purchase for the events
▪︎Monitoring and reporting the monthly and annual sales (including the forecasted sales and actual sales).
▪︎Arranging and managing VVIP guests' room bookings and outdoor events (ELSIE Group of Golfers)
▪︎Manages the Online-Travel-Agency (OTA) sites for room bookings, updates, and guest/client relations (Agoda, Traveloka, Booking.com, and Expedia). This includes keeping in good communications with the Online Travel Agencies managers for the hotel, promotional, and site updates.
▪︎Presents and manages the hotel promotions to the Sales Manager and publishes the approved promotions.
▪︎Manages social media advertising, marketing, and customer relations.
▪︎Responsible for the design and layout of marketing and advertising paraphernalia.
▪︎Responsible for attending the meetings and gatherings of the Davao Tourism Association for tourism and city-wide events updates.
▪︎Responsible for writing and publishing memorandum and incident reports for the sales, food and beverage, front, and reservation department.
▪︎Overseeing group and VIP arrivals
▪︎Check guest profile
▪︎Coordinate with other departments for special guest requests and projects
▪︎Monitoring including the monthly inventory of the guest and cleaning supplies
▪︎Attend guest request calls
▪︎Safekeeping and auditing of Lost and Found Items
▪︎Managing emails and schedules of the Executive Housekeeper (includes following up on the schedule for meetings and briefings)
▪︎Secretary, Team Leader and Room Attendant Reliever
