I’m currently an IT Support Specialist at QUALFON PHILIPPINES, INC as my full time job for 12 years now.
Handling real-time technical support by phone, email or chat and/or on production floors. I love to go outdoors like camping/mountain climbing, hiking and biking. I also love photography and photo/video editing on my YouTube channel on my free time.

-Provides high response real-time technical support by phone, e-mail, chat and/or on production floors.
-Remains up-to-date with new technical updates and company information.
-Researches technical solutions using all available resources. Provides correct information and/or
resolution to customers'(agents) issues and escalations. Flags/Marked newly found knowledge or
updates candidates for addition to the Qualfon's Knowledgebase. Follows all procedure/guidelines and
policies to maintain company's security matrix. Provides support for high profile customers, trained
helpdesks, service technicians and products/environments of a higher complexity.
SOFTWARE
-Provides support/troubleshooting on all windows' pc and programs installed on client's request and
updates.
-Advises agents/staff on how the new tools or updates will be use; guides through given step by step
information.
-Be able to configure/install new applications that's requested by clients.
-Be able to fix corrupted windows by running pre-installed images thru cloning.
-Be able to provide technical support resolutions thru remote access.
HARDWARE
-Be able to provide technical support resolutions thru remote access.
-Provides real-time support/troubleshooting on all pc/Avaya components issues/defectives.
-Participates and engages in the tech talk process and gives solution to fast service.
-Be viewed as a technical resource leader within the team.
-Gathers complete information regarding case prior to escalation to Level 3.
-Provides repair/troubleshooting PC, Laptops, Servers, Printers, Networking products and Surveillance
system. Network Installation/Configuration on Switches/Routers (Wired or Wireless).
-Access Points Configuration (LAN/WAN/WLAN). Implements Security & Cabling Data Networks.
-Knowledge in all available desktop operating system. Hardware/Software Installation, Drivers and
-Updates. Monitor site technical support personnel’s performance (PC Assembly, On-field/Online
Support).
-Provides quick service, specific end time on all home-office service call.
-Provides repair/troubleshooting PC, Laptops, Servers, Printers, Networking products and Surveillance
