I am starting as a freelance General Virtual Assistant. I worked full-time before in an Advertising Agency where I handled administrative tasks under the Finance and HR departments for 8 years. This agency caters to all types of advertisement that include Events and Social Media Management, that is where I learned to manage Social Media Accounts.
I appreciate working with other creative entrepreneurs to assist reduce the stress of dealing with administrative work and help them save time. In reality, I collaborate with clients from coast to coast while working from home to assist both local and US-wide clientele. Physical location is no longer a barrier to serving YOU, thanks to technology.

Administrative work, answering emails, organizing documents and business files (hard copy and soft copy). Under Finance, I do post on relief data entry for BIR. I prepare billing invoices, track receivables and payables, sending statements of account. preparing 2307 for withholding tax and doing transactions with different banks.
I handle PO (purchase order) and inventory.
I handle inbound and outbound account like, Survey, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Maintains financial records. Processing financial papers, doing accounting work.
Promote companies' products and services by creating graphic design and video content for social media platforms.
