Task: As an Accounting Assistant with over three years of experience in my previous company, I was responsible for handling the client database and collections of our sister company. One of my key tasks was preparing the aging report of receivables to monitor and track outstanding client balances. In addition to maintaining and organizing an accurate client database, I was also involved in the cash application process, ensuring that payments were correctly allocated. My role included preparing and issuing client billings as well as performing regular account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy. This experience allowed me to develop strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounts receivable processes.
