Hello! I am Vivi from the Philippines. My interest in Social Media sparked during the early covid Pandemic in the year 2020. I decided to start up a small business for Takoyaki and Used / Preloved clothes where I created my own online shop page which I believed lead me on an exciting journey. I handled my own social media account and garnered online customers. Since I have a full time job before in the corporate world where I am a Data Analyst for almost 4 years, a Quality Auditor for 2 years and recently I am a Finance & Compliance Quality Associate / SOX Tester for 2 years. I really loved being able to work directly with a wonderful group of clients, collaborating work with them, brainstorming and sharing my knowledge and expertise I gathered from my experiences. I also worked with US clients for Real Estate Business where my main responsibility is to identify leads, follow up, chat and email and was able to provide multiple Buyer to my Client.

Assesses and Test a company's internal controls over financial reporting as mandated by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. It involves identifying risks, testing control effectiveness, documenting procedures and report findings. Responsible for direct reporting and communicating to the client / stakeholder.
In my role as a Cold Caller and Lead Generation Specialist for a real estate firm, I was responsible for reaching out to potential clients, effectively pitching our services, and qualifying leads. I generated new prospects through various strategies including market research, social media engagement, and email campaigns. My proactive approach and excellent communication skills significantly contributed to driving our sales efforts and expanding our client base.
