My name is Viera Lynn Matabia-Murillo, but you can call me V, 28-year, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I am a mom, and a wife.
I have work experience as administrative assistant. I manage schedules, coordinate meetings, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. I am also responsible for organizing files, maintaining databases, and assisting with various projects. As an administrative assistant, I act as the initial contact point for both clients and staff, necessitating professionalism, discretion, and adept task prioritization skills.
I have also gained experience in areas like customer service, event planning, and office management upon working in a hospitality industry.
In order for me to be equipped in virtual world, I enrolled to ProVa.ph which helped me a lot.
