A customer service representative are the ones who address customer concerns, offer proper solution, and follow up to fix any problems that clients encounter.
An event organizer are the ones who plan and oversee every element of the event. They are responsible for coming up with theme concepts, setting budgets, reserving venues, coordinating with suppliers and clients, handling logistics, and delivering post-event reviews.
We check licenses of an advisor if they're fully licensed to do business in the US. In addition, we also assign advisors to a clients profile.
