Hi! I’am Verna Glico, 38 years old and single, was born in Butuan City on October 12, 1984. Residing in the City of Tunasan, Muntinlupa Philippines.

After graduating, I worked for a year as the Administrative Assistant in Rural Power Project. It was a fantastic position, and it was my first employment, so I learned a lot. I subsequently wanted to experience dealing with various types of individuals in a real-world setting, which is why I work as a cashier in a supermarket.

Also, I work in Diagnostic Laboratories as a Customer Care Specialist/Encoder. I can record dates and make notes for the records. One of my responsibilities as a Customer Care Specialist is answering phone calls from patients and clients.

I also completed the PROVA's General Virtual Assistant training last month, and I have certificate listed in my profile.

My overall objective is to respond to my employer's inquiries in a timely and effective manner while being accurate and helpful.
