A separate spreadsheet was created to record customer data, including IDs, birthdates, addresses, and purchase histories.

By using the tool, intuit quickbooks, I was tasked to
Categorized transactions by confirming the payee or vendor, categorizing the income or expense then adding a memo
Reconciliation of bank account, where I check off transactions until the difference become 0, then I run the reconciliation summary.
Created and send invoices.
Record vendor bill.
Run financial reports such as profit and loss, balance sheet, and expense by vendor summary.
Lastly I added accounts to the chart of accounts.
