Responsible for delivering the forecasting for the number of interactions,
processing time, shrinkage, attrition and/or other required metrics and input for the capacity
management process by use of standard forecasting tools and analysis. I am also responsible for
the capacity, staffing and resource management of one or more accounts and providing
guidelines and directions towards the WFM Scheduler in creating the schedule and reviewing
the output of the scheduling process before transferred to WFM Intraday Management. All
these tasks are performed in such a way that optimal utilization and occupancy of the workforce
is realized and project KPI’s can effectively be met.
Responsible for delivering the requirement calculation for all workflows and
providing schedules which match these requirements and all applicable guidelines, availability
and regulations.
Responsible for the centralized tasks of KPI & Performance management and
strategy determination and adjustment regarding capacity as part of the Intraday Management
task. Besides this, WFM Traffic assures the Adherence & Attendance monitoring approach of
WFM RTA is in line with the strategy to achieve a fully aligned WFM Intraday Management
approach.
