A Credit & Collection handles the billing & collection, ensure that the company receives accurate payment in a timely fashion. Responsible for evaluating buyers’ financial transactions, analyzing credit scores & creating payment plans for delinquent accounts. Responsible in preparation and mailing of collection letters to the past due accounts. Monitors maturing post dated checks and process auto debit arrangement in daily basis. Reaponsible in bank reconciliation.
Responsible in sending of quotation to the company and monitor their request and order. Support in preparation of the job order of the company. Responsible in preparation of billing invoice and monitoring and collection of their payments.
Responsible in receiving of payment and issuance of official receipts and depositing of daily collection report. Responsible for the safekeeping of company's checks.
