I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Financial Management. I've been in the BPO industry for almost half a decade already. I've worked with Sutherland Global Services for more than a year as a customer service representative under the Amazon Retail Account. I identify and relate to various customer needs and scenarios.
I provide customer resolution and consultation with cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner. Right now, I've been working with TaskUs since 2019, and within 4 years,
I've been in different accounts. I've tried back office work like annotation, transcription, and live camera control, and at the moment, I'm a customer service representative. Aside from working, I'm also an online seller; I'm selling garments like shirts, jackets, pants, shorts, and shoes. In selling my stuff, I'm using some platforms like facebook, instagram and carousell.
