I have two (2) years of experience working as an Administrative Officer in a Construction firm where I was responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form, dealing with queries on the phone and by email, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms. Five (5) years as a Corporate Secretary in an established Corporation, where I was in charge to schedule board meetings, complying with meeting notice requirements, documenting the minutes of each meeting to maintain the integrity and validity of such meetings, and managing corporate records and documents.
