I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 2 years and it helped in evolving my outlook on various factors. Changing careers was a tough decision, but I'm excited to work as a social media manager and an independent Virtual Assistant as it aligns with my passion. I'm a detail-oriented individual who aims at producing high-quality output in every task that comes my way. In addition, I possess a proactive mentality that helps me identify opportunities for business improvements and recommend innovative solutions.

-As a cake consultant, one of the primary responsibilities is to understand the client's preferences, dietary restrictions, budget, and overall vision for the cake. I also provide design suggestions and recommendations to ensure the cake aligns with the client's theme or occasion.
-I also arrange cake tasting at our commissary for clients to showcase the different flavors, fillings, and frosting options available.
-I'm also responsible on taking accurate orders, ensuring all details are documented correctly, and coordinating with the production team and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery.
-Responsible on making sales report once the client placed an order.
- Responsible for keeping customers trust and provide excellent customer service by answering queries in a timely manner. Treat every customer as a friend in a professional manner and reduce their effort and give accurate solution for their concerns.
- Responsible for giving all the information needed by the new hire and make sure they are ready before entering the production floor. Make sure that they learn and know the dos and don’ts of the account for them to help the customers accurately. Answers their questions regarding the account’s product.
- Responsible for answering and helping agents with the concerns of the customer that they are not familiar with. Helps agents with concessions that they were unable to process.
- Responsible for answering inquiries of students and giving them the schedule for their driving lessons. Kept the files properly in filed. Do a daily and monthly reports.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
