As an IT Helpdesk in Office 365, I provide first-line technical support to our clients. I am responsible for troubleshooting common issues and creating and maintaining knowledge-based articles. I was appointed point of contact for a new client, ensuring seamless adoption and support of Office 365 services and coordinating with the third-line support team to resolve complex problems.
