As part of my role, I handle various important tasks to support our team effectively. This includes scheduling team meetings and preparing presentation materials, ensuring everything is well-prepared and organized. I also assist with contract and document preparation, even drafting simpler documents when needed. Proofreading documents and coordinating their signing and notarizations are vital aspects of my responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. I take pride in ensuring proper organization, tracking, and secure storage of our documents, making it easier for everyone to access what they need. I'm dedicated to supporting a team of five attorneys with all their projects and document requirements, working collaboratively to achieve our goals.
As a part-time Data Assistant, I was recruited to handle diverse responsibilities, including efficient email management and conducting thorough research to track, maintain, and update leads.
In my role, I take on various responsibilities that are crucial to the smooth functioning of our operations and maintaining accurate records. This includes printing barcodes and entering them into daily sales reports, as well as managing and compiling records in our database. Monitoring daily inventory and coordinating supply orders are among my key tasks, and I work closely with the sales team in stores to stay informed about daily sales and orders, enhancing our overall efficiency. Data entry and management, along with preparing weekly and monthly reports, are vital aspects of my work. Additionally, I handle document preparation and logistics coordination. Conducting research and supporting the team in various projects is part of my role, and I play a role in the product listing and photo editing for listings, data entry, meeting appointments, and scheduling for the sales team.
