Ulaysa is my office mate in one of the legal departments here in the Philippines. I've known her since 2013 when I started working there. She is our Administrative Assistant and she handles the records of cases in the office, she conducts regular inventory of the cases, as well as the equipment and materials in the office. She was also responsible for creating the database of the cases in the office. She answers phone calls and entertains walk-in clients and schedules and sets up meetings for our lawyers. Ulaysa is reliable in the office. She gets things done. She doesn't stop until her task is done. She also helps everyone around in their respective tasks. Aside from her skills in computers and applications, her greatest asset is her persistence to get the work done, which also becomes her weakness as she doesn't stop and worries about her task until it is done. She will adapt pretty well and fast. She grew up in a city with a different culture and language than the city she is living in now but she managed to adapt pretty well. All in all, she will be an asset in your company should you decide to give her a shot. I hope I have given you a glimpse of who she is.
What a reliable Virtual Professional and Project Coordinator! Ulaysa is one of those students that I hired for part-time work as a VA for Xcel Hub and she is basically familiar with my day-to-day administrative jobs. She is very reliable and dependable, especially when I need something urgent. Would never forget her as she is bold to open up recommendations or suggestions that will help the business grow. I don't even need to micromanage her because she knows what she is doing and how she manages the day-to-day challenges is admirable! Thank you for all your help, thank you for always make me feel that are always there to learn, you are one of those students that I will never forget. Keep up the good work and I appreciate you in every way.
