Manages incoming and outgoing correspondence, maintains and keeps pertinent records and files, manages schedule of appointments and meetings, gathers data and ensures proper documentation during meetings, provides other administrative assistance as directed by the supervisor to ensure smooth organizational operations and workflow.

4. Communicating with students and addressing their inquiries and concerns
. Oversees the organization, management, and security of patient medical records, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and efficient retrieval of information when needed by healthcare providers and authorized personnel.
· Performs administrative tasks which include office policy/manual making and revisions (if the need arises).
