• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase satisfaction
• Most responsible for the President of the Republic of the Philippines and other passengers safety during flight.
• Serve meals and refreshments, most priority all the needs of the president
• Carry out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment and doing security checks
• Make announcements on behalf of the pilot and answer questions during the flight
• Reassure passengers and ensure they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations
• Give first aid where necessary
• Ensure passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and check that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers
• Complete paperwork, including writing a flight report.
• Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance
• Entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly
• Addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming
• Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer
• Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
• Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
