Professional Goals

I am 23 years old with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Technology from one of the top universities, Far Eastern University. I started working at the age of 20 and got my first job as an Accounting Staff at Honda Cars. On my almost 2 years of working, I was assigned to handle Accounts Payable and Payroll, I even handled some HR works like Timekeeping, Government Benefits Remittance, Printing of Pay slips, and Addressing the employees’ concerns. I even played as a Procurement Staff because I also handled Purchasing of Supplies and Communicating with various suppliers. Bookkeeping was also one of my tasks there because I am responsible for the proper filing of documents so it helped me to be very organized and keen to detail because my first job really taught me a lot.

For my second job, I worked as a Jr. Finance & Admin Officer at a Manufacturing Company in which I also handled Accounts Payable, from the countering of invoices, data entry, preparation of check vouchers and check to releasing of check to the suppliers using the ERIC system. I am also assigned to be an Email Management staff for the queries of the clients and suppliers and bookkeeping, for the filing of documents.

Recently, I worked as a Payment & Research Rep. at a US Company and working on a graveyard shift, and reconciling of payment postings was my main task. I was able to do Cash Posting also using systems like Meditech and pulling up reports from Pinacle (PNC).

But now, I want to utilize my skills and help businesses to grow as a Virtual Assistant. I know I am a big of help because of my experience. I am a fast learner, can memorize information easily, can multitask and very attention to detail. Aside from this, I can work at the comfort of my home without compromising the safety of my family during this time of pandemic, so I really want to work full time as a Virtual Assistant.
