I’m a career-oriented mom and I’m seeking to start my career as a Freelancer to continuously grow as a professional while staying at home with my family.
I have a total of 8 years experience working in different companies but most of my roles are mainly administrative and data encoding.
Administrative work is my bread and butter. I am dedicated, hardworking person and brings pride in my work. I mainly focus on long term projects because I love the grind in it and like the relationships being built in the long run. I want to obtain a position where I can fully utilize and enhance my abilities and prior experience while making a significant contribution.

-Maintain and update employee records and benefits files.
-Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims.
-Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner.
-Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
-Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
-Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
and/or alternatives
-Encoding of Sales Invoice and Posting of Supplier Invoices.
-Preparing and coding of purchase orders.
-Acts as the liaison between customers and service technicians.
-Provides support to the Service Advisors in handling daily branch operations such as Admin
works, dealing with the customers, monitoring of stocks, monthly inventory, preparing LPOs and
coordinating with suppliers.
-Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
-Process sales orders and provide admin support to Field Sales Personnel.
-Answer customer inquiries and provide solution to their concerns.
-Disseminate information on products, promotions, and sales related matters.
