DATA ENTRY
Hi!
I’m excited to share my data entry skills with you! I may be new in this field, but I’m passionate about learning and growing. I enjoy organizing information, keeping records accurate, and making sure everything is neat and easy to access.
All the work shown in this portfolio is sample work only—no real names or data are used. It’s meant to demonstrate my skills and how I approach data entry tasks.
Tools & Applications I Use
Here are some of the tools I usually work with:
- Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets – For spreadsheets, sorting data, and creating reports.
- Microsoft Word & Google Docs – For creating and organizing documents.
- Google Workspace – For collaboration and keeping everything updated.
- Email Platforms (Gmail & Outlook) – For managing correspondence and information.
Even though these are the tools I’m familiar with, I’m always open to learning new applications your team prefers. I’m a quick learner and excited to grow my skills further.
Sample Data Entry Works
EMPLOYEE ATTENDANCE & PAYROLL
In this sample work, I demonstrated how I can manage and organize employee attendance and payroll records efficiently. Although the data used is entirely fictional, it reflects the kind of tasks I can handle in a real work setting.
Even though I’m new in this field professionally, I already have experience managing attendance from my college days. I was a class secretary for 2 years and class president for 2 years, where I handled class attendance, recorded participation, and kept everything organized. This experience taught me how important it is to be accurate, organized, and consistent when managing records.
PATIENT RECORDS & INFORMATIONS
Here’s a sample of my data entry work for Patient Records and Information. Just like the previous sample, all the data used here is fictional and meant for demonstration purposes—no real patient information is included. This sample shows how I can handle sensitive and organized record-keeping tasks efficiently.
During my hospital internship, I gained hands-on experience with data entry related to patient care. I helped manage diet lists for meal planning and tracked NGT (nasogastric tube) feeds and milk intake for patients. This experience taught me the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality when handling medical records.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES RETAIL STORE INVENTORY
This sample showcases my data entry work for a School Supplies Retail Store Inventory. All the information used here is sample data only, created purely for demonstration and portfolio purposes—no real store names, suppliers, or product details are included.
During my hospital internship, I also gained hands-on experience handling inventory-related tasks. I helped manage inventories for food supplies, milk/formula, and office supplies, and was involved in procurement processes such as tracking stock usage, checking available supplies, and preparing records needed for replenishment. This experience taught me the importance of accuracy, organization, and accountability when handling inventory.

OTHER SAMPLE WORKS
Here are some other sample data entry works that I explored and practiced on my own to further improve my skills. While I may not have direct, hands-on experience with these tasks in a real work setting yet, I created these samples to understand the workflow, tools, and level of accuracy required. These samples were made using fictional data only and are intended to demonstrate my ability to learn new tasks, follow instructions, and apply data entry principles such as organization, consistency, and attention to detail.

During my hospital internship, I assisted with patient records, diet lists for meal planning, NGT/milk monitoring, and other patient-related data entry, which strengthened my attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
In public health activities, I was involved in planning and leading community programs, coordinating with officials, preparing program documents and letters, conducting surveys, and entering and tabulating survey data. These experiences enhanced my organizational, leadership, and data management skills, making me confident in handling both administrative and data-focused tasks professionally.
