Hi! I am Tricia Ann Del Mundo from Philippines. I'm 23 yrs old and I started working at the age of 18. I have experience of being a customer service representative for more than 4 yrs under of a Healthcare Account. Despite of working at an early age I was able to adapt easily to the corporate world. I could say that I manage to work under pressure by being a top agent consistently. For more than 4 years of being a customer service representative I always make sure my customer's satisfaction before I end my transaction with them by providing accurate information in a timely manner.
