Yes, I'll be your VA. It's KATE.
My full name is Tresha Kate B. Dapanas, but mostly they call me KATE, perhaps because it rhymes with CAKE. Kidding aside, I am proud to say that I sent my self to school and graduated last 2019. I considered myself as a well-rounded person given my experiences in all kinds of part-time jobs just to earn money for my allowance and tuition way back in college. I did not came from a well-off family, in fact based on the Philippine socio economic class we are under class D = Lower Middle Class and I believed that status can't define a person. As a matter of fact background can contribute a big role into success. That's why right after college I started applying for work and worked as a Front Desk Staff where I learned grace under pressure. My next job was as an Admin Assistant/Receptionist/ Executive Assistant to a big food manufacturing company that molded me professionally in terms of being keen to details, accuracy, accountability, entering of data's, confidentiality, time management, and discipline. Next job is where patience is always put to the test, Customer Service Representative of a US based Telecommunications company. Lastly, where I had the chance to handle Social Media and boost page through Fb Ads with the company's client in AU.
These experiences taught me to work hard and work smart, to persevere no matter what circumstances, to rise above all the challenges in life.

As an administrative assistant, I oversee employees and workflow in the office and implements rules and policies for better operation. Also, I do admin task's and reports and data entries everyday to be submitted by the end of the week. Other than that, I also organize meetings and orientation for new hire's to be discussed by me as well, and facilitate trainings by learn@fligno.

My responsibility as a Customer Service is to provide accurate billing information with utmost data confidentiality and security to the customer. I also inform them with new plans that they might want to grab, as well as new released phones and discounts that they will enjoy. Most of all, I make sure to resolve any problems that they will encounter in their account.
As a Receptionist and Admin Assistant as well, my work does not only revolve around greeting clients. I also arranged meetings and conference rooms, and organized events. I also do office supply inventory, as well as employees consumption inventory, and sometimes warehouse inventory as per executive's request. Other than that, I do orientation on requirements for releasing warehouse ID. I am also part liaison since I contact LGU and process the releasing of supply for whenever the company wants to give back to the community. Aside from that, I am an executive assistant and submit clerical reports in the warehouse, including scraps and providing OR/CR to scrap buyers.
