• Receives and processes daily transactions such as over-the-counter transactions pertaining to deposits, withdrawals, payments, foreign currencies, and other miscellaneous transactions
• Notes and verifies significant information as required by bank policy/procedure.
• Ensures that bank procedures are followed when performing transactions on the teller machine and other equipment as required.
• Promotes the bank's products and services; consistently cross-sells bank products at every opportunity.
• Supports the Broker by assisting in administrative and personal duties related to essential business operations.
• Oversee the team schedules and team meetings.
• Listings Management and responding to e-mails and phone calls, coordinating appointments and events.
• Provide customer service and adjust to the needs of the team and execute other assistant duties when necessary.
• Execute office management tasks such as systematizing office records, and buying office equipments.
• Handling customers calls primarily about their car loan account.
