I am Tiniel 'Tim' Veran, a committed employee who loves good working relationships. Despite my inexperience in the freelance world, I possess traits that will surely help me succeed in this role.
I have 6 yrs Experience in Technical helpdesk/Service Desk and 4 years in Customer service.
We carried out a number of activities in the Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies where I once worked, including troubleshooting, customer assistance, back-office work, and quality assessment. We use Microsoft programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

I was interested in finding out more about freelancing after opting to quit the BPO sector, particularly data entry and online bookkeeping.
