Contacts retailer for possible offers for Small to Large businesses clients electricity rates.
Assist and provide the terms and agreement to the Clients electricity offers from the retailers.
Gather necessary information for the clients and retailers.
Performs hardware and software troubleshooting of TOWA machines

-Provide technical support for Remote Desktop (Windows OS), POS systems and back office servers to McDonald's US Managers and for on-site technicians.

-Assist in VPN issues, internet connection issues, hardware and software.
-Troubleshoot issues with softphone applications and hard phones. e.g VCC softphone, Genesys softphone, Avaya One X, Interaction desktop and Cisco IP Phones
