•Issuance of Official Receipt for Cash and Non-cash transactions
•Performs cash count of the deposit cash box of the tellers
•Opening and preparing Certificate for Time Deposit
•Disburse cash to the employee requesting for cash provided a duly approved Petty Cash Voucher is presented
• Prepares deposit slips and delivers the cash to the depository banks
• Prepares Journal Voucher and Cheque
•Receive, evaluate, process loan applications
•Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly & monthly reports required by the management
•Prepare the cash receipts Journal and Issuance of Official Receipt
•Prepare & endorse cheques, prepare the cheques & deposit documentation
•Review and update credit and loan files
•Prepare statements for unpaid accounts, negotiate repayment terms with customers or clients
•Track bank deposits and payments
•Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded
•Facilitating Manpower Request from clients
•Posting of job hiring to all free job posting sites
•Schedules interview and examinations by coordinating appointments and conducts initial interview for applicants
•Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation
•Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment)
