I’m Therese Joy T. Fernandez, 30 years of age, and I’m from Santa Barbara, Pangasinan, Philippines. I am a graduate of Saint Louis University with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, took the Philippines Pharmacy Licensure Examinations in 2015 and I’ve been a registered community pharmacist for about 7 years now.
