Hi! My name is Theresa, I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business administration major in Marketing Management. I am analytical, self-ambitious, and organized. I am also well known for my dependability and the way I give my all on every task/project. My work is always done in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.

I am proficient in using a variety of programs like MS Outlook & Office, Spreadsheets, Canva and Google Docs.

Talking about my work experience, I've been working in an Export and Trading Company for 1 year. Some of my responsibilities are creating new samples/products and creating detailed definitions of costings processes, preparing and presenting the product sample to our clients.

Additionally, I am working for 6 years in the Insurance & Financial Institution industry that serves customers in the United States and Canada. I'm proud to say I'm consistently the top performer on my team in this current job.

I am here to help run things in a smooth way, I may have no experience as a Virtual Assistant but I will ensure to always prefer my client’s opinion to make things better. My duties include verifying submitted claims, reviewing insurance claims for accuracy, and completeness, and ensuring eligibility for claims is reasonable and correct by analyzing claims and supporting documentation. It also involves assisting in controlling the cost of processing claims and contacting policy beneficiaries about claims, as well as providing information regarding the amount of benefits when necessary.
