I am a Psychology graduate with 6 years of experience in the recruitment side of business. For the past 5 years, I have been recruiting sales agents and assisting them with their onboarding requirements and other admin tasks. I assist recruiters in collecting candidates paperworks and save it to the client's People Cloud in accordance with the protocol provided by the client. I make sure that all IDs and paperworks are updated and I archive the old ones on file. I provide the recruiters weekly report on the status of candidates completion of paperwork requirements. I format the Curriculum Vitaes forwarded to us by candidates and save a copy in the candidates folder. I also do reference checking by emailing or calling the referees provided by the candidates.

I am in-charge of the recruitment process of candidates from Visayas. I handle the completion of the candidates requirements and make sure that the latter gets coded as a financial advisor the soonest. I conduct Business Opportunity Presentations nationwide to potential candidates. I perform administrative support to managers
create infographics for agency announcements or invites to events.
Aside from tapping the potential candidates, I also report the conversion of manpower to the Agency Managers and Management and coordinate and strategize with the leaders/managers on how to hit the monthly recruitment target.
