Hi! My name is Tanya Isabel Javier. I’m here to help you stay organized and make your life easier. I have a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I’ve decided to do a career shift as I realized that I’m more productive, focused and happy working from home during a hybrid set-up with my previous jobs due to pandemic.
I can make use of all my learnings and skills as your virtual assistant with my overall experiences in big companies. I'm eager to learn new things and determined. If I want something, I see to it that I achieve it since I'm a type A personality (the go-getter type). Feedback about me is that I provide excellent customer service. I even had an award for VOC (voice of the customer) of the month during my call center/BPO days. I'm great at handling VIP clients for both government and private sectors in my field sales jobs before. I have leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, computer skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service, research and admin tasks, . I’m also good at building rapport to gain loyalty and retain customers since I love building strong business relationships with clients or customers.
I’m very passionate about whatever I do since I always wanted to excel and learn more for my personal and professional growth. I'm a fast learner and always eager to learn. I can work independently as all my direct superiors/managers never micromanaged me since they know how I work and told me I have high standards for myself that's why I get stressed too much and I'm the only one pressuring myself to get great results especially when hitting sales quotas in my previous jobs.
Outside of work, I am a fur mom to 2 dogs. I love going to the gym, biking, swimming, singing, dancing, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
