• Creating, placing, and processing Repairs, Customer orders from all Boutique and top Management customers, production Stock & wholesaler.
• Perform administrative duties, reports, and analysis production process.
• Responsible for opening and closing registers, register management of ERP system, and merchandise returns.
• Placed special customize orders for customers or existing designs.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries. Demonstrated how jewelry and gems look on the body.
• Preparing bills, wrapping merchandise, making invoices, and collecting payment.
