Hi! I’m Sydney Espada. I’m a 29-year-old mom and a dedicated professional with over 6 years of experience as a Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant in Dubai, UAE. I started my college at La Consolacion College Bacolod and took up Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. I wasn’t able to finish the course due to being a single mom and the family’s breadwinner but these life experiences made me resilient, resourceful and goal-driven.
Over the years I have developed solid experience in front desk operations, calendar management, invoicing through QuickBooks Intuit, and KYC processing using SHAMS and SPC portals. I’m also familiar with tools like Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, Teams, Canva, and Asana which I used to manage tasks, streamline communication and support team productivity.
I recently enrolled in PRO VA training to expand my skills and transition into the Virtual Assistant field. I’m passionate about helping businesses stay organized, productive and client-focused – whether in an office or working remotely.
