I received my Bachelor's degree in Office Administration from the University of Caloocan City with units of Teaching, where I gained a strong foundation in office organization and education. In my previous Business Process Outsourcing company, I was responsible for maintaining consistent metrics with regard to client satisfaction, responses per hour, and quality assurance.
Throughout my career, I have developed a range of skills that make me an effective and valuable team member. I am proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, and I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow me to collaborate effectively with others. I am also a quick learner, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure. Outside of work, I enjoy watching movies, doing household chores and cooking my favorite food. At times, I do jogging and exercising.
I am excited about the opportunities and challenges that the future holds and am committed to continuous learning and growth.
