- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks which includes procurement tasks that deals with sourcing, negotiating terms, purchasing items, receiving and inspecting goods as necessary
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Helping maintain workplace security by maintaining visitor logs.
- Handled also the company's ecommerce platform. Organize orders from listing, packing up to shipping thru third party couriers.
- Responsible for registering/booking guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating any special requests.
- During check-in, we will verify a guest's method of payment and run a background credit check.
- We also try to upsell guest rooms, by sharing available alternatives and options.
- Responsible for welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges
- Responsible to help and support passengers as required by our customer airlines which may include check in, baggage processing, reservations and ticketing, boarding of flights, greeting arriving passengers, handling of VIPs, provide special passenger assistance.
