-Create and update records insuring accuracy and validity of information of each criminal cases.
-Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues.
-Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (court orders, subpoenas etc)
-Assist every customer and process their orders in
-Attend to customer complaints and concerns immediately
-Use good communication skills to manage telephone calls and email communications.
