Way back 2021, I created a page for my pet care business namely Saki Essentials. I designed everything on the page from the logo up to watermarks. I also made a photoshoot for my brand in order to make it presentable to my customers. I created all of the contents posted and advertise it organically and through Business Suite to get more engagements. I was able to grow the page to 830 likes in 2 months.
Performing administrative tasks such as sending and replying to client's emails, set up face-to-face appointments for my client's customers and marketing experts them, book their travels, make powerpoint presentations, etc.
Taking sales calls and placing orders for them online. I also take customer service calls on the side.
Taking customer service and sales calls, upselling to each customer and helping them with their queries and concerns. I also take technical support calls and send out emails and invoices.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
Promote companies' products and services by developing copy for websites, social media, marketing materials.
