Despite being a beginner in this field, I am eager to learn everything to know about SEO and the ins and outs of being a virtual assistant. Currently working as an Admin Assistant and Travel and Courier coordinator in a corporate office, I am well-versed in the art of organization and time management. With an eye for detail and a can-do attitude, approaches every task with a sense of professionalism and dedication. As someone who's always looking to expand my skill set, had taken the initiative to learn more about SEO and virtual assistance on my own time. I've spent countless hours researching best practices, attending online courses, and networking with other professionals in the field.

▪ Greet, welcome, and direct guests to their
meetings/destinations.
▪ Operate switchboard/telephone system. Responsible for
answering incoming calls, and directing calls to appropriate
associates. Handling emails and scheduling appointments.
▪ Responsible for Global Sales Conference (USA) & EXPO
events (Schengen) registration and travel arrangements.
▪ Order and request office supplies. Schedule maintenance,
Sanitization and Pest Control Treatment in Offices & Retail
Shops.
▪ Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities
and related tasks with the administrative team. Filing, record
keeping, sorting post, printing & photocopying. Arrange virtual
job interviews and in-person and support HR documentation.
▪ In charge of the Attendance Record. Notifies respective
department heads and HR of staff's whereabouts. Sending
updated attendance records to Accounts every cut-off period.
▪ Manage company's courier accounts online (Aramex, DHL,
Emirates Post, Fed Ex & TNT). Book Import & Export shipments
by heading out to the quote and book page to enter the parcel
details. Preparing required shipment documents.
▪ Track shipments through calls and an online tracking system and
get a status notification. Generate Proof of Delivery and
provides online specific-account rates and AWB details.
▪ Travel arrangement. Applying visas for Staff traveling outside
UAE. Book visa appointments and prepare visa requirements
as per the country of destination. Arrange hotel and airline
bookings. Coordinate with travel agents (UAE + South Africa +
India), hotels, and airlines.
▪ Checking/verifying South Africa travel invoices. Making LPO for
travel related (ticket/hotel/visa & insurance issuance).
▪ Coordinate with Telecommunication companies. Requesting
mobile new sim cards, cancellation, renewal, activation/de-
activation of mobile data and plan. Answering queries and
complains regarding sim cards.
▪ Handled queries and clients to assist and maintain excellent
customer service.
▪ Managing a range of financial tasks including preparing
invoices, checks, quotations, and payment certificates,
transferring funds online and handling petty cash.
▪ Generating local purchase orders and service agreements, and
also running the payroll at the end of each month.
▪ Carrying out administrative and finance activities with accuracy
and efficiency, such as filing, preparing presentations, drafting
correspondence
▪ Liaising extensively with both clients and suppliers, via email,
telephone and fax, using strong communication skills to ensure
the company is positively represented
▪ Managing a range of HR activities, including screening
applicants and supporting a colleague in preparing HR
documentation such as copies of passports and visas
▪ Maintaining accessible, accurate, and up-to-date filing systems

transactions on a daily basis, completing end-of-day
transactions and balancing transactions for the whole day
