I am a motivated third-year college student at PHINMA University of Pangasinan, currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management. Throughout my academic journey, I have developed a strong passion for the tourism industry and a deep understanding of how to create engaging and memorable travel experiences. Since the age of 18, I have been working as a sales associate and POS clerk, where I have honed my skills in customer service, sales, and effective communication. These roles have taught me the importance of building trust and delivering value to customers in fast-paced environments.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I have recently expanded my skill set by acquiring knowledge in lead generation and email marketing. This new expertise equips me with valuable digital marketing skills that enhance my ability to connect with target audiences and drive business growth. I am passionate about using these skills to create meaningful engagement and deliver impactful results. I developed strong interpersonal skills and contributed to increasing sales by building customer relationships and assisting in product promotions. I was responsible for managing transactions, restocking, and supporting the sales team.

Provided excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selections, and resolving issues professionally. Maintained an organized checkout area and supported inventory management through restocking and stock monitoring.
