This was just a short term project and as a phone support, I was tasked to call those list of agents who are actively pursuing to get their license to become a broker. I need to set an appointment with them so once they passed their exam, they will choose the company as their sponsoring brokerage. As a workflow facilitator, I was tasked to sweep all of the new raw videos of our agents to send it to their respective video editors and to request the thumbnails and descriptions for their videos.

Calling specific prospect sent by multiple callers that are considered to be leads. Verifying the initial decision of the prospect if it stills stands the same. Asking the same series of question in order to document the final decision of the prospect. Filtering out prospect from leads to not interested and, at last, send to acquisition the final list of prospect that are considered to be leads.
