(Service Crew and Assistant Manager)

Service Crew
• Perform daily duties in selling & serving of high quality avocadoria ice cream products.
• Process and prepare all orders whether take away, or via web (Food Panda, Grab Food), phone
calls & other online delivery request orders.
• Ensure all areas are clean especially food preparation areas, ice cream machines, blenders and
other condiments are clean and organized.
• Perform end of day total sales report and daily stocks inventory.
• Strictly attend store duties in accordance with SM City Mall hours, regulations & health
protocols.

Assistant Manager
• Liaised with SM-City Mall Management for business permit related requirements, service crew
passes, health certificates, mall gate clearances.
• Attend & process business permit requirements at Government Municipal Office for the renewal
of fire & safety permit, health & sanitary permit.
• Assist and perform online payments of (BIR) Bureau of Internal revenue for monthly, quarterly &
yearly business taxes.
• Assist in promoting products though SM-City Mall advertisements, social media platforms, &
other wed-based marketing options.
• Finding other source of fruit-based products, liaised with other fruit vendors & sellers as
alternative options.
• Finding other marketing options, such as party catering contracts & short term open-market
venues.
