My Transition to the VA World

Hi! I'm Sinclaire E. Jamisola, but you can call me Clara. I'm 22 years old and currently living in Bacoor, Cavite. I'm excited to begin my journey as a Virtual Assistant and Explore work-from-home opportunities where I can grow professionally while managing my time effectively.
I'm a 2nd-year BD Medical Technology student and recently completed a Virtual Assistant training program. I also have work experience in telesales and customer service, where i handled outbound calls, entered orders into our POS system, promoted ongoing offers, and addressed customer concerns and inquiries calmly and professionally. That role helped me develop strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills. Even while studying, I manage my time well. I know how to balance work and school by organizing my schedule, and always make sure to meet deadline and deliver quality results.
As a beginner VA, I offer skills in data entry, email and calendar management, online research customer support, and tools like Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail. Im excited to learn and grow in this role.
