Shiella is a goal-oriented person. She will do her best to finish a task at hand to the best of her abilities. Her experience and skills she already has has become the foundation of her newly enhanced skills for her new role. She can multi-task with no problem, with a curious mind, she has a strong desire to learn new things.
Her prior experience in customer service is the foundation of her skills for it is when they first developed, the different encounters and scenarios has taught her how to quickly adapt and work in a fast paced environment which taught her how to work independently and as a part of a dynamic team. These encounters has strengthened her communications skills further. With this, she is confident that she can cater to different encounters with the best of her abilities. Her recent job as a Pharmacist has further strengthened the skills she already has. This has made her passionate in the work that she does since it is her role as a Pharmacist to educate people for better compliance. She values confidentiality in the work that she do as that can build trust and confidence with each encounters she would face, and she thinks that that is crucial for the work that we do.

-My role was to manage everything in the store, from stock replenishment, daily/weekly/monthly inventory management and provide a physical copy of it. We had a weekly delivery for stock replenishment and it was also my role to keep track of active stocks and make sure that the actual and digital record tallies, it is also my role to dispose and monitor expired and near-expiry products. One of my tasks was to make sure that we have proper filling of prescriptions, prescription refills and counseling. During my stay, I was able to increase the sales profit and effectively recommended what people needed and what type of orders were typically placed. From there I stocked up with the items that would make a bigger profit.

-I handled a U.S. based reservations account. My task was to create new reservations, modify/make changes to existing reservations, provide information/ answer inquiries calls, website walk through usually if the caller are elderly or people who are not tech savvy, we would also receive calls asking about billing concerns which typically would be seen on their account on the website, but that can be explained via the customer service. In cases of flight delays/ cancellations we would effectively offer options. During my stay there I had a high sales/booking record, I assisted customers efficiently and effectively.

-My role was to assist the pharmacist on duty in medication dispensing and assisted the pharmacy area in preparing the patient admission kit. When we have nothing to do, the pharmacist in charge would task us to deliver the medication orders to each floor for inpatient use to nurse stations. We were sent there to observe and experience the hospital pharmacist role. This time I chose a private hospital pharmacy practice to experience the difference between a government operated hospital and a private hospital pharmacy.
