-Assign work and monitor OSP team members performance and quality.

-Supervise and conduct inspection of OSP works for ODN build for Base pad Implementation, OPM Testing, OTDR Testing, ODF Termination, Splicing, Knockdown Testing, break test & ODF Patching, FOC Laying and Physical Acceptance Activity on site/on ground and witness civil works related construction requirements and testing and integration activities.
