• Generates revenue by making payment arrangements with insurance companies and patients
• Monitoring and recording payments; resolving financial discrepancies
• Investigating and appealing denied claims within standard billing cycle time frame
• Entering patient data into administrative systems; ensuring medical information is accurate and up to date
• Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting claims using OMNI, including electronic and paper claim processing
• Identifying and billing secondary or tertiary insurances
