Consolidation of Acceptance Documents
Responsible for monitoring and safekeeping of project documents
Monitoring and updating project tracker
Process and Creation of Project Summary Report (PSR) for submission to client
Utilize Alteryx, Share Point, Site Handler and Site Information Database (SID)
Review TSSR/SCAF if aligned
Liaise with Project Manager, clients to track project progress status
Support invoice preparation for internal and external billing purposes
Coordination & Processing of billing reports with clients
Review and maintain the accuracy of documents to support invoicing
Provision of assistance to the Project Managers to ensure that all project related documentation is accurate
and complete
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports to all project handle
Check and review all the requested line item to be billed by the Project prior proceeding to PSR/GR creation
Maintain and monitor all project trackers
Preparation and submission of acceptance documents (PAC/FAC) to the client
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the documents being submitted to client
Monitor the approval of Acceptance Certificates and trigger the billing once approved.
