Responsible for administration of sales plan distribution process to ensure accurate creation, distribution, and timely acceptance of plan documents
• Maintain commissions system - this includes maintaining quotas and rates, ensuring commissions calculations comply with compensation plan
• Process timely and accurate monthly commission statements and ensure commissions are approved by deadline
• Investigate and resolve commission inquiries as arise
• Audit system set up in accordance with compensation plan requirements
• Work with other commissions team members to cross train one another and provide peer coaching
• Regularly communicate with sales force, verbally and in writing
• Proactively developing recommendations to further automate and improve the commission process.
This role performs supply and demand transactions across the extended enterprise and supports a collaborative network for processes from opportunity to cash. Activities may include but are not limited to proposal/quote preparation, contract audit and registration, order, billing, basic contract/agreement preparation, hourly service invoicing, customer master record, and end-to end transactions. In addition, professionals are responsible for maintaining client relationships by supporting the fulfillment process, taking ownership of problem resolution, accurately handling processing/transaction requirements, applying effective research techniques and promoting client satisfaction and sales productivity. They also execute defined fulfillment processes, in line with business controls and meet business objectives, and may function as an integration point to align the supply chain and brand strategies, and Order to Cash Integration. Responsibilities include planning, training, and measurement of all activities. Monitor and evaluate trends and root causes, business performance, and business controls to promote client satisfaction and achieve operational results.

• Researching and comparing information of the client on the data base, applications and other resources.
• Adding / removing restriction to the accounts of the clients.
• Tracking or researching the source of mismatched information to avoid customer or advisor complaints.
• Sending reports weekly and monthly.
