I am an academic graduate having done my degree in Electronics and information technology which specializes with Industrial Technologists focusing on gaining of multiple skills for both practicality and techy people as it is required by employees today. As for my academic career, I have always demonstrated excellent performance in the sense that every semester has been a dean’slist which shows beyond any reasonable doubt.
With my 7 years as a administerial am able to state without any doubt that I can have quite an extensive field in various aspects of operation within this office. For strengths, i am fully capable to perform administrative functions alone such as the accounting and then designing graphics or marketing strategy plus responding in changeable work environment.
Years in administrative jobs give me an ability to handle different issues at a proper level and properly. In oversight of daily operations, there are the control and coordination projects or streamlining communication within departments; I Am proficient in a balanced art and science between several roles while achieving expected outcomes as set by organizations.
Second, I have background in graphic designing to highlight that it is quite creative for me too mention that this experience will be relevant within numerous projects involving original ideas but also featuring visual elements. The reciprocity of operational efficiency, and creative sensibility enables me to think globally during any job that informs more often than not for delivery outperforming its specified scope.

• Add listings to Bayut, Dubizzle and Property Finder, Go iconnect, Re/Max Website and
other outside Portals.
• Ensure all portals are updated with the latest information, contact details, company and
units’ description, logo,pictures etc.
• Daily Listing review for the listings on all platforms.
• Troubleshoots CRM and Portals and contact support team when needed.
• Verify agents and listing on Property Finder
• Extract Leads from CRM for leads vs cost reports.
• Analysis Market Report/ Company Status report.
• Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Maintaining CRM portals, websites, emails, and social media campaigns
• Doing follow up and cold calling to prospective leads. 50+ calls daily
• Coordinating with all Property Management and Developers; Getting data and
distributing it to the office for processing.
• Preparing presentations, invoices, quotations, and other relevant documents.
• Handling diverse administrative tasks such as keeping records of employees’ and
company files – HR Duties.
